Key Responsibility
- Pattern creation: Develop and adjust master patterns from design sketches and specifications.
- CAD drafting: Use computer-aided design software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) to produce accurate templates.
- Fit analysis: Conduct fittings, make necessary adjustments, and ensure garments meet quality standards.
- Pattern grading: Scale patterns across multiple sizes while maintaining proportion and fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patterns, specifications, and revisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry. Minimum 3-5 Year Experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric behavior.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manual drafting methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
