Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and technically minded General Maintenance to join our team. The successful candidate will support the maintenance of our machinery, factory equipment, and facilities, helping to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and well-functioning working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who is looking to develop their technical skills and build a career in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, factory equipment, and facilities.
• Support the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
• Assist with the installation, servicing, adjustment, and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance work involving electrical systems, plumbing, welding, and air condition service under appropriate supervision.
• Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient condition.
• Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records, service reports, and breakdown logs.
• Coordinate with the production team to support smooth operations and minimize machine downtime.
• Follow all company health, safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
• Carry out other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or maintenance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• G.C.E. (O/L) or equivalent qualification.
• A technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field will be an advantage.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical, plumbing service and air condition service, welding.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong practical and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety.
