Coordinating Assistant (Fund Development & Communication)

Role Summary

We are looking for a young, energetic candidate to strengthen our Back Office Operations in Sri Lanka, with a strong attitude to learn quickly and maintain a high standard of professionalism in their duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the efficient functioning of Back Office Operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing staff attendance within the FDC unit.
  • Overseeing administrative documentation.
  • Fostering positive team relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Skills: Conversant with basic human resources functions, office procedures, administrative systems, and ability to handle routine correspondence independently.
  • Computer Literacy: Mandatory (MS Office Package).
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and spoken). Ability to communicate in Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Preference: Candidates who live in close proximity to Kesbewa/ Piliyandala.
