The Furniture Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site furniture installation and fit-out projects from start to finish. This role ensures installations are completed on time, meet quality standards, follow drawings and company SOPs, and are handed over to the customer professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily furniture installation activities at project sites.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and installation details.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
• Identify and resolve site issues with the factory, designers, or project team.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards before customer handover.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and safety practices.
• Update daily progress reports with photos and communicate project status to management.
• Report material shortages, damages, or variation requests immediately.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience supervising furniture installation or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with melamine MDF furniture and custom joinery is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Valid riding or driving licence is preferred.
• Willing to travel to project sites across Sri Lanka when required.
