Uga Ulagalla – Anuradhapura is seeking a Garden Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about landscape maintenance and committed to maintaining the highest standards of garden care, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellence in landscape management.
• Play a vital role in preserving and enhancing the property's gardens and landscaped areas.
• Ensure the highest standards of garden maintenance, leading daily gardening operations.
• Foster a culture of care, sustainability, and attention to detail.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Garden Supervisor, Gardener, or Landscaping role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment or large property.
• Horticultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and horticultural practices, including plant health management, pruning, watering systems, fertilization, pest control, and garden upkeep.
• Team Supervision: Ability to effectively supervise, guide, and coordinate daily activities of the gardening team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards.
• Property Presentation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain lawns, plants, trees, flower beds, pathways, and landscaped areas in a clean and attractive condition.
• Professional Qualification: A recognized NVQ qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
