Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in the Product Development Department. The ideal candidate should be energetic, a team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure development of patterns to meet customer requirements (Design/Quality/Costing/Cup Dressing).
• Provide patterns and required details to makers for consumptions.
• Follow up on fabrics to be used with the Merchant after receiving initial sketches or designs.
• Direct required information to development/merchant or sample coordinating teams and list pattern concerns.
• Plan samples in line with sample room coordinator plans and advise on internal fitting dates weekly.
• Release patterns for pilot and bulk.
• Work closely with the technical team and sample cutting team to solve pattern concerns.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity with lingerie experience.
• IT literacy and computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Active team player.
• Ability to work independently with less supervision.
• Diploma in pattern making from a recognized institution.
