Quality Assurance Executive (Garment Factory)

CNC Clothing Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established, BOI-approved apparel manufacturing company located in the Kolonnawa Industrial Zone, Gothatuwa. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our production team. Our factory is situated in Gothatuwa.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process
• Implement quality inspection procedures and report issues
• Supervise and guide quality inspectors and staff
• Ensure compliance with buyer and customer requirements
• Visit subcontract factories and recommend corrective actions
• Report quality issues to production teams for immediate action
• Analyze quality data to support continuous improvement
• Maintain quality standards, policies, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
• Good numerical and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail with a results-driven approach
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
