General Manager and Deputy General Manager (Finance)

Role Summary

The Paddy Marketing Board is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of General Manager (HM 2-1) and Deputy General Manager (Finance) (HM 1-1).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Serve in any part of the island as required.
• Maintain high standards of administration and financial management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• General Manager: Degree from a UGC-recognized university plus a Master's degree. Minimum 18 years of managerial experience.
• DGM (Finance): Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance/Management or professional qualification (ICASL Intermediate/Step III) plus a relevant postgraduate degree. Minimum 15 years of executive experience.
• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka with an excellent character.
• Proficiency in English and Computer skills is required.
