Role Summary
The State Pharmaceuticals Corporation (SPC) is seeking a General Manager (Chief Operating Officer) to oversee operations.
Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, or Commerce + Postgraduate Degree (Master's) or Professional Charter + 15 years of managerial experience (3 years at senior level).
- Option 2: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, or Commerce + PhD + 3 years of experience at Senior Manager Level.
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka, physically and mentally fit, and of excellent moral character.
- Age limit: 35 to 55 years (upper limit not applicable to internal candidates).
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entitled to fringe benefits including monthly attendance incentive, annual bonus, welfare benefits, medical insurance, and a vehicle for official and personal use.
