Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily FOH/BOH operations
• Ensure smooth workflow & exceptional guest service
• Implement quality control & high standards
• Handle staff scheduling & training
• Deliver outstanding customer service & handle feedback
• Contribute to cost control & profitability
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka health regulations
• Lead overall restaurant operations

Requirements

• Age below 40
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant managerial experience
• Strong leadership & communication
• Fluent English & Sinhala
• Thrive in fast-paced beach environment
• Proficient in POS, MS Office
• Flexible shift work
• Passion for hospitality & Sri Lankan cuisine
