Design Engineer - Geotechnical

Role Summary

Access Engineering PLC is seeking a Design Engineer for the Central Expressway project.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. An M.Eng. in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in geotechnical designs, including soft ground treatment, slope stability analysis, and report preparation.
• Familiarity with geotechnical analysis software such as PLAXIS, Slope/W, etc.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD. Knowledge of other CAD-based software, such as Civil 3D, is an added advantage.
• Project-based experience will be considered an additional qualification.
• Experience in pile foundation design.
• Must be a team player with positive interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Location

Central Expressway project at Kurunegala.
