Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a Professional Qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reputed service-providing organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• A pleasing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
• An excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
