Role Summary

Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau (MCB) invites applications for the position of Graduate Intern under the CSR & Community Resilience Network (CRN) Programme. There are 02 - 05 vacancies available.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate or recent graduate in Social Sciences, ICT, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized university or higher educational institution. Applicants currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma (HND) are also eligible.
• Skills and Competencies: Good knowledge of ICT, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good report-writing and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Sinhala is mandatory; good command of English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
• Age: Preferably below 35 years.

Location

The selected candidates will be based in Colombo at the Project Management Unit and will be required to undertake regular field visits across Sri Lanka.
