Role Summary

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in service operations, customer relationship management, maintenance coordination, and quality assurance while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules with route engineers.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Support customer inspections, audits, and service reviews.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify repair opportunities and assist in preparing quotations.
• Monitor safety inspections and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and site visits to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate administrative activities and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
