Creative Designer - Nawaloka Medicare (Pvt) Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for campaigns, including social media, print materials, banners, and advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Create and manage design templates for recurring design needs (e.g., brochures, presentations, newsletters).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team is always at the forefront of innovation.
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback and direction.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, or other design tools.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
