Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content across marketing, corporate communications, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns. The role involves creating a diverse range of digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to deliver impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design premium marketing collateral, including high-end property brochures, investment proposals, and digital catalogs.
• Serve as the guardian of the corporate identity, ensuring touchpoint consistency from social media tiles to outdoor billboards.
• Design and format property PDF dossiers, including floor plans, site maps, and location infographics.
• Create engaging visual content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, including static posts, carousel ads, and motion graphics.
• Produce artwork for large-scale outdoor signage, on-site project hoardings, and event-specific material for open houses and launches.
• Assist in designing landing pages and website elements to improve user experience and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales and Content teams to turn raw property data into easy-to-digest visual reports for international stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in a professional design role (real estate or luxury agency experience is highly preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and short-form video ads.
• A sophisticated eye for typography and a "less is more" approach to design, especially for high-value investment documents.
• Deep understanding of print production (bleeds, CMYK, paper stocks) and digital optimization (aspect ratios, file compression).
• Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines and iterative feedback from multiple stakeholders.
