Graphic Designer & IT Support Executive

Role Summary

Inspire Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a versatile and driven professional to fill a dual role encompassing both creative graphic design and technical IT support. This position is ideal for someone capable of managing visual content while ensuring smooth office technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets for promotional campaigns, social media, and corporate documentation.
• Produce and refine digital content, including banners, brochures, and various imagery.
• Oversee basic website updates and social media presence.
• Offer technical assistance for office hardware, including computers, printers, and network systems.
• Support the administration of Microsoft 365, email services, and OneDrive.
• Ensure the stability and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
• Solid understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and printer troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud storage (OneDrive) is preferred.
• A creative mindset with a high level of precision and detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• A relevant Diploma or Certificate in IT, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a comparable position is considered an advantage.
