Role Summary

The Supermarket Manager will exercise decisive operational leadership, driving sales growth and ensuring all activities meet the highest FMCG industry standards for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Over 03 years of hands-on experience in the supermarket sector in a similar capacity.
• Professional or other qualifications in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized institute are an added advantage.
• Very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Age between 25 to 45.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to work extended hours when required.
