Group IT Head

Role Summary

Anunine Holdings, a diversified conglomerate with a 30-year history and a workforce exceeding 2,500, is looking for a strategic Group IT Head. This leader will drive the technology roadmap and ensure IT solutions align with the diverse needs of various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) across sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, and venture capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Direct the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Acumatica ERP system and other enterprise applications to support finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Establish robust IT governance, risk management, and data protection standards.
• Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing IT team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated success managing IT functions across multiple business units or locations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ERP implementations (Acumatica experience is highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT governance.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, budgeting, and project management.
• Certifications in Acumatica, Azure, or Google Cloud are advantageous.
