Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with costume selection, dressing, and styling.
• Provide basic makeup and grooming assistance to guests.
• Ensure costumes and accessories are well maintained, clean, and organized.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle cashier duties and process payment transactions accurately.
• Promote and upsell the company's products and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
