Role Overview

As a Hostess at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience by greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and coordinate table allocations efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and present menus
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or Front Office role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage reservations and handle high guest volumes
• Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
