Guest Relation Executive & Guest Relation Officer
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our Guest Relations team at Ella Flower Garden Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate information about the resort and local area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain guest records and follow up for special requests

Key Requirements
