We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Uga Ghiri – Ella. The successful candidate will create memorable guest experiences, provide personalized service, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: Previous experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
• Guest Service & Hospitality Skills: Strong understanding of guest service standards and the ability to provide personalized and attentive service.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional approach.
• Guest Relations & Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Professionalism & Service Excellence: A positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a strong commitment to maintaining service standards.
• Teamwork & Cooperation: A positive and cooperative team player capable of working with Front Office and other departments.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
