What You'll Do
- Prepare for every arrival — profiles, occasions, dietary needs, room setups and special requests
- Welcome guests personally, orient them to the property, wildlife and dining, and stay in touch with them daily
- Recommend and schedule excursions (safari, lagoon, loins tour) and treatments, coordinating with our naturalist and therapist
- Walk the property daily and fix service gaps before guests notice them
- Handle complaints on the spot and take ownership of the resolution
- Gather departure feedback, follow up on reviews, and keep guest history records so repeat guests are recognised
- Train and guide front office and service staff on service standards and upselling
- Act as Duty Manager when rostered
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in front office or guest relations, at least 1–3 at supervisory level; boutique or nature/eco property experience preferred
- Fluent English; a second language (German, French, Dutch, Mandarin) an advantage
- Genuine interest in wildlife and nature
- Presentable, calm under pressure, comfortable with guests all day
- PMS and basic reporting literacy
- Willing to live in or near the property and work a roster including weekends and holidays
