Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a warm, personable professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join us as our Guest Relations Officer and be the welcoming face of our centre.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Address inquiries and provide excellent, personalized customer service.
• Manage appointments and facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reception duties and related administrative tasks with efficiency.
• Promote appropriate wellness and screening services to guests based on their needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional and friendly engagement.
• Provide a premium lounge experience by serving refreshments, including tea and coffee, while ensuring guests' comfort and wellbeing throughout their visit.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and appointment management tools.
• Strong skills in guest relations and reception duties.
• Excellent command of the English language with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Ability to engage in sales conversations related to healthcare and wellness offerings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
