Guest Reservations Coordinator

Role Summary

Fox Resorts is a boutique chain of hotels with properties in Jaffna and Kandy. The Reservations Executive will be based at the Fox Resorts Head Office in Colombo, responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and building relationships within the travel trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of the reservation process.
• Driving and locking in travel agency inquiries and bookings to optimize sales.
• Processing system bookings accurately and managing advance and credit payments.
• Managing travel agent allotments and following through on bookings for a seamless guest check-in experience.
• Providing excellent service and support to partner travel agents.
• Working closely with various departments to optimize the booking process.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations.
• Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an added advantage.
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems fast.
• Experience with yield management and revenue optimization.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills is an added advantage.
