Role Summary

Belmont Boutique Hotel is looking to recruit dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individuals, preferably from the Negombo area.

Positions Available

• Waiters: Basis salary 50000.00 based on experience + 100% service charge.
• Front Office Executive: Basis salary 75000.00 based on experience + 100% service charge.

Requirements

• More than two (2) years of experience in a similar hotel environment.
• Experience with Scienter will be an advantage.
• Experience in a multitude of roles will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and receptive to continuous performance feedback.
• Consistent, accountable, confident, assertive, and committed.
• Very good public relations skills and fluent in English.
