Mandaram Eco Resort, a luxury eco-retreat nestled in the misty mountains of Mandaram Nuwara, is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Guest Relation Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide detailed information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, activities, and transport teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
