Manager - Hardware Operations

Location: Peliyagoda

Key Responsibilities

• Drive unit sales growth and revenue targets.
• Improve showroom sales performance and profitability.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and stock movement.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
• Develop new customer leads (contractors, builders, bulk buyers).
• Implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Analyze sales reports and margins to improve performance.
• Control operational expenses and reduce wastage.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in hardware operations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of hardware products and supplier networks.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good negotiation and communication abilities.
• Computer literacy (inventory systems & MS Office).
• Women are also encouraged to apply.
• Age below 45 years preferred.
