Responsibilities

• Oversee daily incubation, hatching & chick dispatch
• Ensure biosecurity, hygiene & SOP compliance
• Manage hatchery team, training & scheduling
• Monitor equipment, hatch rates & production reports
• Coordinate with breeder farm, vet & logistics teams

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Animal Science, Poultry, or Agriculture
• 2+ years hatchery experience, 1+ year in supervisory role
• Knowledge of incubation, biosecurity & hatchery equipment
• Strong leadership, reporting & problem-solving skills
• Willing to work shifts
