Role Summary

JF Aqua (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Jaya Farm and a well-established shrimp farming company. We are looking for a suitable dynamic person to fill the position of Shrimp Hatchery Manager.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field.
• 2 Years of experience in shrimp hatchery operations.
• Knowledge of shrimp breeding, hatchery systems, water quality management and biosecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Shrimp hatchery monitoring, Broodstock rearing, Larval Production, Water quality monitoring, and Feeding monitoring.
• Night Duties.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory and operational records.
