Associate Consultant - HCM

Role Summary

John Keells Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd (JKIT) is seeking a suitably qualified Associate Consultant to join their Core Solutions and Services team. The selected candidate will report to the Consultant - Core Solutions & Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the helpdesk system, managing incidents and service requests, and resolving SuccessFactors/ESS login issues.
• Supporting HRIS operations, including SuccessFactors configuration, payroll configuration, system testing, integration monitoring, license management, and system upgrade testing.
• Documenting client requirements, preparing user guides and knowledge base articles, and handling ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Conducting demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and independently handling assigned service requests.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification (completed or final year) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors user interface and basic knowledge of payroll processes.
• Prior HR experience of 6 months to 1 year will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, teamwork, and research skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and innovations.
