Role Summary: Family Chef is a well-established and reputed Bakery and Restaurant chain situated in Ja-Ela and Mahabage. We are looking for an Executive Chef to take charge of our Chinese, Western and Indian culinary operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity at a leading Restaurant or Hotel.
• Should be able to prepare and oversee Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine.
• Should be able to provide high quality food in taste and maintain the consistency.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory and overall kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen discipline.
• Ability to lead and manage daily operations and kitchen staff.
