Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (AAT, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or club management will be an added advantage.

Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all kitchen operations.
• Plan menus and maintain high food quality standards.
• Control food costs, purchasing, stock, and wastage.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain consistent standards of food preparation and presentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
• Experience in a club, hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of food costing, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
