We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.
Our well-established restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food standards and customer satisfaction.
Position: Head Chef
Location: Midigama - South coast
Salary: Rs. 120,000+ (And Service Charge)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage food costs, stock, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy service periods.
- Good command of spoken English and Communication Skills.
