Requirements/Qualifications

• Well experienced in Eastern Cuisine.
• Fair knowledge in Western Dishes.
• Minimum of over 20 years of experience in the field.
• Age between 35-45.
• Knowledge in HACCP & GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Costing.
• Menu Planning.

Location

The location will be out of Colombo and it is important to reside there.
