Qualifications
- PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the education sector
- Additional academic/professional qualifications will be considered an added advantage
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Ability to develop and introduce new academic courses through formal procedures
- Ability to manage and coordinate all academic activities of the campus
- Experience in mentoring, staff development and performance evaluation
- Strong administrative and leadership competence
- Excellent communication, supervision and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and cross-departmental tasks
- Ability to effectively use and manage modern educational technologies
- High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary + Fixed Allowance: LKR 200,000/-
