Senior Executive - E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales from ecommerce platforms using data-driven sales strategies.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including listings, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Monitor stock availability, demand forecasting, and coordinate with brand and supply teams to ensure supply meets future demand.
• Identify growth opportunities by scanning markets, analyzing data, tracking competitors and expanding into new platforms/customers.
• Execute commercial activities including promotions, ads, reporting and compliance checks.
• Executing digital marketing campaigns for select brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Strong commercial knowledge of FMCG company operations.
