What You'll Do
- Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment and control systems, diagnosing root causes and verifying solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in design, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost-optimization efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, instrumentation, and control concepts.
- Proficiency in electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Clear documentation skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work on-site, off-hours, or in shift rotations.
- A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, or DCS systems.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and data analysis.
- Certifications in electrical safety or maintenance (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, or equivalent).
Location
Industrial Zone, Lakshahuna, Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka.
