Key Responsibilities

• Establish a world-class Integrated Facilities Management business.
• Deliver excellence, operational reliability and client value.

You Will Bring

• Proven leadership experience in Integrated Facilities Management, Facilities Operations or a related field.
• Strong background in engineering services and hard services management (e.g. MEP, HVAC, Fire Systems).
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, establish processes and drive performance.
• Commercial acumen with experience in FM management and business development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field. Professional certifications (e.g. CFM, RICS, PMP) will be an advantage.
