Cluster Finance - Reporting & Compliance Head -Colombo 3

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and consolidation for the Logistics Cluster
• Ensure compliance with SLFRS/LKAS, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage audits, internal controls, and governance processes
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
• Drive risk management and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Group Finance, auditors, regulators, and business teams
• Lead, develop, and manage finance teams across multiple entities
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions

Requirements/Qualifications

• Fully qualified CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance, with exposure to logistics/shipping preferred
• Strong knowledge of SLFRS/LKAS and Sri Lankan tax regulations
• Experience in audit handling and consolidation
• Prior experience in a group or cluster finance role is an advantage

Salary/Benefits

Salary Range: LKR 200K - 300K (Gross), Negotiable.
