Head of Operations – Food & Beverage
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Operations – Food & Beverage to lead and oversee overall Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role will be responsible for leading and training the F&B team, driving operational standards, overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing costs and resources, and ensuring consistently exceptional guest experience.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in a similar category within the hospitality industry.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or Business Management is preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong operational expertise, a professional approach, and the ability to lead teams to consistently high standards.
