Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all digital printing operations to ensure superior print quality.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the design and print production team.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and effective workflow across the division.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and digital printing technologies.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Excellent knowledge of print layouts, bleed settings, CMYK colour profiles, and prepress requirements.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in graphic production or digital printing field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in operating digital printing machinery will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC Cutting, and Sublimation Printing will be an added advantage.
- Age between 25 – 40 years.
