We are a dynamic and strategic HR leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources and Administration.

Role Overview

As the Head of Human Resources and Administration, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a positive work culture and support the overall business goals. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with the senior management to ensure that our people, procedures, and practices are in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Manage other manpower issues
• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development plans
• Drive employee retention efforts through effective communication, recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms
• Provide guidance and support to Manager's and employees on HR related matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development and change management initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 5 – 8 years of experience in an HR leadership role preferably in a manufacturing organization
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience in conducting disciplinary inquiries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
• Experience in coaching and mentoring HR professionals
• Implementation and management of HRIS
• SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
