Role Summary

The Grand Hotel is seeking a dedicated and organized Laundry Manager to play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our establishment and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate supply of clean linen for guest rooms and F&B outlets by monitoring inventory levels to ensure smooth daily laundry operations.
• Maintain a high-performing team and ensure efficient operation of the laundry department.
• Supervise the team in the maintenance of laundry supplies and equipment.
• Understand and demonstrate the sales process and utilization of sales tools to maximize leads and generate new business.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner when required.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met and service quality complies with hotel guidelines and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Preference for candidates who have completed a Hotel School Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Progressive career in Laundry Operations in a 4 or 5-star hotel with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
