Key Responsibilities

• Drive Fixed Deposit business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the customer portfolio.
• Develop new business while strengthening customer retention and renewals.
• Lead and motivate Regional and Branch teams to deliver outstanding sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with high-value customers and key business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Professional qualifications in Banking, Finance, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Banking or the Non-Bank Financial Services sector, including 3 years in a senior role handling Fixed Deposits or Liability Sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills with a proven ability to drive business growth.
