Responsibilities
- To provide leadership and operate the business efficiently and progressively.
- To efficiently coordinate Field Operations and Administrative issues.
- Report to the Board every month, the progress made along with the short- and long-term plans for growth.
- Motivating and raising the standards of engagement and discipline amongst the front-end security personnel and increasing the efficiency of the office staff.
Remuneration
- Could be discussed and agreed upon depending on the candidate's expertise and experience.
- It will be an added advantage for those who have experience in serving in the Armed Services or the Police.
