Operations Manager

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Role Summary

You will act as the primary liaison between Lanka iGaming BPO and the CPCEC, ensuring business compliance with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations. You will take ownership of documentation processes required to maintain Authorised Person status and facilitate the arrival and onboarding of our expatriate workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end documentation for CPCEC licenses, renewals, and periodic reporting (including Schedule IV annual returns).
• Process Landing Endorsements and Port City Visas (Business and Employment) for expat clients and staff in coordination with the CPCEC and the Department of Immigration and Emigration.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with all local regulations and SEZ interim provisions.
• Coordinate across HR, logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth operational onboarding of foreign personnel.

Requirements

• Proven operational management experience in Sri Lanka.
• Prior experience working directly with the CPCEC or similar regulatory/SEZ frameworks is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with corporate documentation, expat work permit/visa processing, and immigration procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex administrative workflows.
• Background in BPO sector is advantageous.
