Role Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Garments Unit by driving manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP) revenue target (Target vs. Actual).
  • Lead end-to-end factory operations with optimization of production capacity, resource utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Drive automation and digitalization across manufacturing and support functions.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of customer commitments related to quality, delivery, compliance, and responsiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Business Acumen
  • Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

Educational & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is highly preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing, with prior experience as COO is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing & leading 9,000+ employees export-oriented garments unit.
