Role Summary

eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialise in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage and guide the HR team, ensuring efficient HR operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational growth and effective talent management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting a performance-driven and KPI-focused environment, while prioritising employee well-being.
• Provide strategic HR leadership to senior management and support organisational change initiatives.
• Plan and organise company events and engagement activities throughout the year to foster an engaging workplace culture.
• Manage operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the organisation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial role with 8+ years of overall HR experience.
• Fully conversant with labour laws & best industry practices.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Characteristics: Common sense with the right attitude and empathy, solid work ethics, morals and sound judgement, a people person with excellent communication skills, ability to work without supervision, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and an organised and efficient multitasker.
